Don't let a party inquiry end at the menu.

When a guest calls about a party, they need more than a menu. We build and manage an AI phone concierge for birthday and group inquiries that responds when your team cannot, captures useful details and guides each caller to an approved next step.

Hi, I’m planning a birthday party for about 12 kids.

FOLLOW THE CALL

The actual problem

Your phone system might be answering. But is the inquiry moving forward?

A menu, voicemail or web form can be a perfectly valid part of your operation. The problem is when an interested guest reaches a dead end—and nobody knows what happened next.

01 / UNANSWERED

The birthday call reaches voicemail.

The caller still needs a package answer, a date, or someone to help them move forward.

02 / DISCONNECTED

A transfer goes nowhere.

Staff may be helping guests in person. The inquiry shouldn't have to restart from zero.

03 / DELAYED

A motivated caller gets another form.

Sometimes a form is right. We help guide and qualify the caller before the handoff.

These are possible points of friction—not evidence that every park with IVR is losing revenue.

The managed solution

Keep the people. Fix the gaps.

Not another chatbot to babysit. A location-specific, managed system built around the way your park already sells birthdays and events.

01

Answer the first question

Use approved venue information for party basics, hours and policies. Unknown prices or availability stay unknown until confirmed.

02

Qualify the real opportunity

Capture only approved essentials such as event type, date flexibility, group size and preferred follow-up.

03

Connect to the next action

Use an authorized booking link, routed callback or human transfer. We never label an inquiry, form submission or prepared callback as a paid booking.

04

Operate and improve

We configure, test and monitor the service, review failure paths, and improve the experience as real usage reveals what matters.

Evidence over estimates

More conversations are nice. More confirmed bookings matter.

No inflated missed-call statistics. No invented revenue forecasts. A focused pilot records the actual call path, what the assistant handled and whether each approved handoff succeeded.

Where your booking and sales records permit it, we then connect inquiries to confirmed paid reservations. Without that data, we report inquiry outcomes—not invented bookings.

Our reporting principle: an inquiry is not a booking. We distinguish captured leads, confirmed transactions and outcomes we cannot verify.
Start with one venue

One park. One call path. Proof before expansion.

Start with after-hours event calls, unanswered transfers or party-call overflow. We handle implementation and monitoring, while your staff keeps the authority to handle complex situations.

01 / MAP

Choose one call path.

We inspect the public guest journey and confirm the phone-routing, booking and staff-handoff constraints for your venue.

02 / BUILD

Prepare it safely.

We configure approved answers, realistic caller scenarios, escalation rules and supported integrations, then test before any live changes.

03 / PROVE

Measure what changed.

Run a limited approved pilot, track qualified inquiries and verified outcomes, then decide whether to expand, adjust or roll back.

Designed to reduce owner lift: we do the research, setup, testing and day-to-day optimization. Your team approves facts, sensitive workflows and production changes. Pilot scope, fees, integration requirements and success criteria are agreed in advance.
Questions that matter

Built for the real world, not the demo.

A thoughtful system should know its limits, respect your staff and fit your operation.

Do we need to replace our IVR or business phone number?

Not necessarily. We first look for a supported overflow, after-hours or failed-transfer route that works with your current phone setup. Any production routing changes require your approval.

Will guests be forced to talk to AI?

The pilot can be limited to specific situations, such as after-hours or unanswered event calls. Where configured, guests can request staff. Your team remains in control of sensitive or unusual requests.

What if the assistant gives the wrong information?

We work from park-approved answers, test the important scenarios and define human escalation. When a price, policy or availability isn't confirmed, the assistant must say so—not invent it.

Can it check availability or complete a booking?

Only when a supported, authorized integration is available and tested. Otherwise it can qualify the caller, offer an approved booking link or record a permitted callback request. A submitted inquiry is not a completed booking.

What exactly will we measure?

Qualified event inquiries, successful handoffs, response follow-through and confirmed paid bookings when your systems make that attribution possible. We separate observed outcomes from estimates.

How much work is required from our team?

We handle research, configuration, testing and monitoring. Your team approves location-specific facts, handoff rules and any live access or routing change. Technical fit and commercial terms are confirmed before launch.

What happens if a transfer or booking integration fails?

The assistant must acknowledge the limitation, avoid claiming success, and offer an approved alternative such as the official booking page or a staff contact route. We test these failure scenarios before launch.

How is guest information handled?

Caller contact details, transcripts and recordings require careful handling. We agree on approved collection, access, notice, retention and escalation rules before live deployment. Card details remain in the park’s approved payment flow.

Is a revenue uplift guaranteed?

No. We won't promise that every missed call is a lost booking or that every captured inquiry will convert. The pilot measures real handoffs and confirmed bookings where attribution is available.

Make more inquiries count.
